The Gastronomy Guys first started making their nitrogen and molecular magic in 2012, after finding their trusted copper boiler discarded after a pop-up event. Chief Gastronomy Guy Robin was already making interactive food fun with his Oyster Boys and wanted to expand on this using the magic of food science. And so the Gastronomy Guys were born…..
The Gastronomy Guys bring a new, interactive nitrogen food concept to a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate events to Christmas parties. They have been experimenting with dessert canapé ideas in their food lab, and serve up anything from Bloody Mary molecular bubbles to egg & bacon ice cream!

For a bit of wow factor at your event: there’s nothing quite like seeing these guys serve up smoking meringues and nitro ice cream, all from their “mad scientist” style copper boiler.
A small team and lovely to work with, they will always help advise what menu and crazy flavour combinations might suit your event (definitely try their bacon and egg ice cream!)
Onsite they can simply pop up wherever you need them, only requiring a couple of tables for their display.
We’ve had them help us with exhibitions and drinks receptions, and every time theres been such a buzz around them, with guests also quick to take to social media to share photos and videos of their crazy concoctions. Perfect for your ROI!:)
