We chose Crystal Interactive to support with our launch Event for a number of reasons, all of which Crystal Interactive delivered over and above on. The mini iPad usage and technology solutions were a perfect use of Event Technology to ensure audience engagement for an event themed “Event Tech That Works”. We trusted Managing Director, Chris Elmitt, as an excellent Moderator who is also – obviously – well versed in utilising the technology to it’s maximum potential. Delegates were able to participate in the event & panel discussions by voting, giving a sense of their mood, asking questions, playing an ice breakers game, and networking … all through the mini iPads. The technical support from the Crystal Interactive team was first rate and ensured any minor issues reported were dealt with swiftly & efficiently. It is quite clear why Crystal have a 73% repeat customer rate and have built a reputation Event Planners can rely upon.
