Urban Garden will have stellar menus featuring dishes which are freshly made onsite, using high quality, locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients. Dishes will re-create the colour and vibrancy of the farmer’s food market, bringing guests a taste of countryside calm in the hustle of a busy city environment.
The natural, wholesome dishes will include a range of hot, cold, sweet and savoury items including: Moroccan power protein bowls, lemon and pesto chicken, gluten free chocolate and almond cookies, and cheese and sundried tomato palmiers. The ethos behind Urban Garden means that they will only partner with the most passionate producers, who grow and rear quality, locally sourced produce where possible.
Kevin Watson, Business Director of Confex for Levy UK, said: “We believe food tastes better when its fresh and we know the thousands of guests who visit ExCeL each year are going to love eating at Urban Garden.
