The production team done an unbelievably outstanding job of turning a public museum into an exclusive and exquisite event within an hour (and the church candles looked amazing, if I do say so myself!). Adam made a point of checking-in on the night to make sure we were happy with everything, which was very much appreciated.
The catering team were on the ball with circulating refreshments and ensuring that queues at the bars were minimal, which is a highly challenging task at a Freshfields event. The food was delicious and plenty! Colin made a point of delivering drinks and food whilst we were manning the main entrance at the beginning of the evening, again, this was very much appreciated.
The entertainment was perfect. To highlight a few, the photo booth was a highly popular attraction, the harpist was a really nice touch (not to mention, very talented) and the DJ with the sax and percussionist worked perfectly – the DJ’s playlist was exactly what we were looking for and everyone enjoyed the music.
Steve from NHM did a fantastic job of keeping on top of everything. There was a lot of ground to cover and I know that he was running around here, there and everywhere to ensure things were in hand. He done a great job and should have some recognition for his role in coordinating a huge event.
Once we have the feedback from everyone I’m sure we can expand on this but the overall message is ‘well done to everyone for pulling together and using their previous experience and professionalism to create one of Freshfields’ best end-of-year parties’.
